Apple and peanut butter
Cucumber or carrot sticks to dip in chummus
Chicken soup with lokshen
Smoothies
You can hide a lot in muffins - black bean muffins (you only taste the chocolate), zucchini muffins, carrot, banana (I make them with spelt flour and coconut sugar, and I’ll add things like chia seeds or hemp seeds, Greek yoghurt etc to give a bit of extra nutrition - blended in a NutriBullet so there are no pieces)
Meatballs or bolognese, I finely chop a bunch of vegetables in the food processor and add it to the meat
Tuna/salmon patties - I use quite a bit of mashed potato or rice so they don’t taste super fishy
Savoury Cheese latkes - (I sometimes add cauliflower rice and they’re yum!)
