I feel like the producers don't want to think of new challenges for Kiva so they killed off Libby so he can be back in the same boat. How obnoxious

I think they were smart. Much of the show centered on Kiva's romantic tensions with women. If he were happily married, the tension would no longer be there.
I do NOT like Libby's wig, (nor Ruchami's, nor Menucha's, but Libby's is worse.)
It is very strange looking. No Yerushalmi women wear a band like that, with tons of wig hair sticking out in the front. It's just not done well, looks like a costume. Gitty's wig is perfect, and Menucha's wig in previous seasons was great as well.
Does anyone remember the first time that Shulem mentioned Yissachar's broken shidduch? I seem to remember him telling Kive that the girl was now married, and a mother and grandmother.....which Nechama does not seem to be.
Also, those who were commenting on the boy with the smartphone/camera, they needed that so that there was a video of Shulem hitting and he could be threatened with the police. I guess they could have used a regular camera though.

Well, I know zero about wigs of any sort but perhaps Libby's wig stands out b/c she is from chutz la'aretz, from Belgium, no? Maybe that is what the women wear there?

Ruchami actually looks like she could be Gitti's daughter in her sheitel.
Libi doesn't always wear that band it seems based on the paintings and taxi drive. I think it's more for style.

I just wanted Akiva and Libby to be happy, but you're right, the show needs Akiva's turmoil.
I LOOOOOVE Hadas Yaron. I hope there will be more flashbacks all season.
I guess that the reason why Libby died is mainly because actress Hadas does not want to act anymore on these episodes, she has mentioned in the past in an interview, that acting as a religious woman was making her look religous in her society, I guess this is the best way that she got out of this series

Except that there are probably going to be more flashbacks. We still don't know how she died. Also, what kind of show would it be if we just watched them live their happily ever after for the rest of time.
Maybe she is a different type of charedi. It was already said she likes her 'fish spicier', a euphemism for non-Ashkenazi.

Chani there has shirts that are too loose at the neckline and honestly too thin and you can see her undergarments. She's from bnei brak and the daughter of a rosh yeshiva! Has her hair perfect for that character, but shirts constantly are messed up in these shows.

Who else thought that Yossele was going to find Shira in the Ramot forest?
I thought for sure that's why they had her specifically mention that place. I think that would have made more sense than bumping into her at the Kotel.

No, she's supposed to be equally the same level with the only divisive factor being her ethnicity. That's the point, that there's no reason otherwise to call off the shidduch... If she was more modern, it would not be matim.
She's dressed perfectly other than the looseness which I see all over the place in people trying to dress charedi.
It's not noticeable unless you're attune to these nuances. The average viewer wouldn't figure it out so I don't think they're trying to give that message.
