My Satmar turned Breslov neighbors are moving out there. They'll be living on a farm & homeschooling the kids. It seems very cult like to me the way she's describing it.

I've been doing a bit research on it. Seems that its mainly people who are antivaxxers and against learning common core curriculum. As far as I heard, there isn't a minyan yet. Children are homeschooled

Yes I personally know a family that moved out there. The idea is that they're all anti common core and are having a one room schoolhouse type of education. I hear it's a real hick town but the apartments are supposed to be nice and that's what's enticing them. Honestly the whole idea of it sounds pretty cultish to me...

I know of a family who moved there. Strange but not a cult.
They're people who are anti vax and anti common core ie giving the government a say in children's education
