Is it possible to make him miss his nap so he goes to sleep earlier, so you'll be looking after him while you have more energy?

Can you recomend one without music that will hold the attention of a small child?

mommy912 I like your saying by your signature.

1stimer, if he misses his nap, he will go down at 6:00 ish and then wake up at 7:30 and then be up till one in the morning...so I don't know if I want that. but thanx anyways.

I may just bring him over to my inlaws where there are alot of kids, I could relax on the coach while he plays with his aunts and uncles who are not fasting.

in the morning I'll take them out and in the late afternoon I'm going to crash by my parents, hopefully my brother will be around - he's a great intertainer to my kid.

My kids r playing on the street. I am not calling them in till it starts pouring (thunderstorm in the air)
and even if they become a bit wet...as long as I can stay in bed...they can do whatever they like.
