I would not recommend peas love and carrots for a newlywed.
Something basic and easy like fresh and easy or the BY cookbook.

I own both Bais Yaakov cookbooks and a Table for Two and I find I can only use a Table for Two. It's too complicated for me to take a recipe that serves 8 and quarter it...It's a very popular cookbook (I got two at my shower;)

This.
Also someone gave me the kosher by design cooking coach, as a wedding gift. I don't use it tons (the only cookbook I really look at is spice and spirit) but I really liked the tips section in it.

Same. Table for 2 is best. I also love PLC. I don't know why previous posters say that the recipes are complicated. They are mostly really really simple- It could be the pictures make it look harder?

I’d definitely go with Table for Two. It has small recipes, includes all the basics for shabbos yom Tov and three meals of the day, and uses simple ingredients.

I never saw table for two.
Susie fishbein taught me how to cook. Married 10 yr and use the BY Cookbook allllllll the time and really enjoy pascal as well
