I suppose it's the case if you don't plan on having a naming. In that case, indeed, whatever you call her is her name. Although some call by a secular name, just decide on a Jewish name, don't do a naming, and still the Jewish name is the only one on ketuba...

in our circles the baby wears a 2 piece outfit, usually a really simple one because as I said, the baby goes home to themother immediately after the bris, so he then is changed into something comfortable. The baby is taken in to the shul without his pants, and he is usually in a 'poya' or a bunting with strings, which the mohel unties to get access to the bris area.
