Hidden:

12, if I counted right... just one 1 is nixed because of the x0, because you do x before +, so all the + stay, except the 1x0

Oh,right...
Hidden:

There is no + at the end of each line, so the result is 2!!!!

Or is it something like

"a baffled face on a cemetery"

LOL

Correct answer is 30. You should read it as 1+1+1+1+11+1+1+1+11+1x0+1.

You found in your great-grandmother’s attic five short chains each made of four gold links. You'd love to combine all of them to have a nice necklace of 20 links. So you bring it to a jeweler, who tells you the cost of making the necklace will be $10 for each gold link that she has to break and then reseal. How much will it cost you?

Hidden:

$40 break one chain fully and use the links to connect the rest.

You have a 7-minute and an 11-minute hourglass. How can you boil an egg in exactly 15 minutes?

Hidden:

You start both hourglasses at the same time, but you do nothing with the egg for thetime being. (except heat the water)
Once the 7minute hourglass is empty you start boiling your egg... once the 11minute hourglass is empty,t you turn it round. the egg will be ready one the11minute hourglass is empty for the second time...

The lights went off and you suddenly remember you haven’t taken your meds yet! You need to take one pink and one white pill and you clearly recall there where 2 of each left in the bottle.
But it’s dark and you cannot see the colors.
Can you find a solution?

Okay.....but find a solution where you don't have that extra seven minutes in the beginning.....

You start both. Once the 7 finishes you start boiling. You have 4 minutes remaining in the 11, then you flip it for 11 more equals 15.
