I had crazy tooth pain over shabbos. had a dentist who doesn't even know us well not our dentist meet us in his office at 9 after shabbos. he gave me pain killers to last me till tomorrow. I have to have wisdom tooth pulled it's really bad, anyway what gift can I get for him. he isn't my dentist he is a gum specialist and drove a half hour each way to his office to meet us. (my husband came with)

I'd send a basket of fruit or other treats to his home (or office if other office staff assisted him), to arrive just before next Shabbat.
