What is the best way to hang sukkah decorations on fabric/(vinyl)sukkah walls?

Hang from the beams. Hole punch corners of posters and kid's projects, run satin ribbon through, and hang things from the frame of the sukkah in a pretty fashion.

Hang garlands from beams with zip ties or large twist ties.

If it's real canvas and not the plasticy type, safety pins (but you mentioned vinyl, which probably means pins will leave holes).

It’s thin plastic kinda fabric. I guess hanging is the way to go. Thanks so much ra-mom!! Always to the rescue!

You can use magnets. Either for fastening decorations to the metal frame, or, as another poster suggested, you can sandwich the sukkah fabric between two magnets for hanging posters (although this would need two people working together). Magnets are quick, easy, and effective.

You can hang decor with stick pins.
Sticky Velcro can work as well.
