I want to make turkey breast for Shabbos lunch. I've made it before and it was delicious. Trouble is, I can't find the recipe. Any ideas?

If you mean a boneless turkey breast, I pour olive oil and paprika over it and then bake it at 350 for approx. 20 minutes per lb. uncovered. Last 2-3 minutes I broil it to crisp the outside a little.

you can also use orange juice or wine. or even honey and mustard.
