My sister in law makes a cholent which is a great idea but Im pregnant and nervous Ill get nauseous so also looking for ideas

Yogurt, cereal and milk, cottage cheese, banana, sandwiches, fruit, deli sandwiches or cold chicken cutlets/fingers/patties for dinner, pasta.

Some ideas I’ve been considering:
Premade grilled cheese sandwiches
Pizza/pizza bagels (premade)
Alternatively- you could consider leaving the bleach on and do typical shabbos food. I thought about that but decided not to for my situation

Breakfast:
Cereal, yogurt, maybe premade smoothies, you can make French toast the day before if you’re so inclined. Or pancakes, freeZe them, it takes minutes to defrost.
Lunch:
Sandwiches - hard boiled eggs, avocado, pbj,
Maybe cut up veggies
Breakfast leftovers for whoever’s still hungry
Dinner:
Pasta with cottage cheese, Or
Turkey wraps or
Sliders room temp
Hot dogs room temp
With potato salad
I prepare super simple dinners but I let them eat however much they need to fill up. They’re little kids, and it’s one day. One meal. I used to think my kids needed a good hot meal but I learnt that they’re ok with whatever for one day.
You can make any meal in the crockpot if you’ll be fine with the smell for that many hours.

Lots of precut fruits and veggies.
Pasta and cottage cheese
Sandwiches
Schnitzel
Baked potatoes
Bamba
Hard boiled eggs
Cheese sticks
Yogurts
My family eats cold pizza so I might defrost ahead and give it cold.

We have ready food they can take themselves like cheese snacks, cheese sticks, individual cereals and sealed cups of milk, turkey sausages, ready deli sandwiches in the fridge.
Put up a soup in the crockpot.
Keep a box near your bed with box drinks, snack bags, nosh, to hand out as needed.

Squeeze yogurts
Cholent. With cut hotdogs. I keep putting it back on the hot plate so kids can have throughout the day.

Breakfast: Cereal & milk, yogurt, or oatmeal (overnight oats, or instant if you hold you can make it with a hot water urn) with fruit & veg
Lunch: bread, hard boiled eggs, egg salad, tuna salad, lox, bagel & cream cheese, cheese slices, pasta salad, kugel, deli, crock pot soup/cholent, sliced veggies
Dinner: leftover kreplach, shnitzel, bread, pasta, rice/quinoa, more cereal and milk (no judgment), whitefish, deli, potato knishes, anything from the lunch menu
Don't forget the snacks. Apple sauce, veggie straws, pretzels, cubed melon, raisins, olives, bananas, apple slices, hearts of palm, baby carrots, guac, hummus etc.
Personal menu in my house will probably be:
Breakfast: cereal & milk with cubed melon, maybe hard boiled egg
Lunch: challah roll with lox and guac, olives on side
Dinner: pasta (cold asian pasta salad or plain), deli or whitefish, maybe parve yogurt, sliced veggies, more melon

I usually do a cholent and add potato kugel. My kids love the kugel so I keep on taking it off the stove and back on (without putting it down)
It does smell and I sometimes get nauseated from it.
Other wise give whatever your kids eat on their own, yogurt leben cold cuts Challa etc
Freeze pops are great to keep them busy.
Also chocolate chips is great besides the nosh...

My kids love macaroni and meat sauce so I make it for lunch on erev yom kippur and I put the left overs (I make extra on purpose) in crockpot on keep warm option!

Lunch / supper will be sandwiches (creamcheese, peanut butter, tuna...) or cold macaroni and cottage cheese
Some years I do cholent on a blech
