Bouzouki, Mandoline, Balalaika... I also like the bassoon and the oboe... and the Cello...

It's about what each of us on an individual level chooses to do with the power of Elul; we can either utilize it or waste it.

What did you need almond for? |
-stuffing for my chicken (dates, almonds, soaked prunes)
-Laekerli - honey-almond biscuits
-Biberli - honey biscuits with almond paste filling...
Those are swiss specialties I adapted for my needs, since I am incapable of making honey lekach...
Do you think honey cake is mandatory for Rosh hashana?
