Of course throat singing wins!

I'll check out Roberta battaglia...
So you have a faible for child prodigies?
She sings really well! With an adult voice...
Speaking of child prodogies, this is Julie Andrews (the one who later became Mary Poppins) at age 12 or so...

Opera again. Ok we just don’t really get each other with our music taste today.
I like the older Mary poppins better.
In fact I reinvented the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious song on a different thread a while back (don’t ask me when and where cuz dunno)

Were you ever able to do a split? (Before you ask, I have not...!)

I wouldn’t try. I mean, how do you expect me to get up from the floor if I try that?

Do you ever sit on the floor?

I understood you don't like opera, but as far as child prodigies go - this is a prodigious child!!! that's one of the most difficult opera arias...

Later in life, she lost her voice, and it was very traumatising for her, she said in an interview, but she went on acting till now...

As an opera fan, knowing how much work goes into this kind of performance, I am a bit outraged that she left opera for musicals, which do not require this kind of technical perfection... on the other hand, her movie carreer paid much better, she could never have dreamt of such fees as an opera singer...

Kind of unfair, in my view...

Do you prefer
opera or
musical or
theatre/movies without singing or
singalongs without instruments?

Musical. But regular singing, ok?

We’re you ever bitten/stung by something other than a mosquito?

Soft, with all sorts of toppings. On a sugar cone.

Do you own or rent your home?

Nope, for the same reason I don’t enjoy nonfiction.

When’s the last time you raised your voice and why?

I find raised voices repulsive.
Would you ever eat plants in the wild if you knew how to identify what's edible and make sure it is bug free because of kashrus?

Yes, but only if I’d have salad dressing with me.

Do you put dressing in salad?

I love eating raspberries, blueberries, little strawberries in the woods...Or to suck the nectar out of clover flowers...
Oh, and in Israel you find wild Rosemary...

I would also love to go for mushrooms, but I don't know the places or regions where one has to look.... (and I would bring them to check whether they are not toxic)

Do you like hiking?
