Knowing the stress that in-laws can cause, whatever it is it's almost certainly a good reason to divorce your in-laws. Unfortunately, there isn't really an effective mechanism to do it.

The Ahuvim was kind of implicit. But I know what you mean. Take schools, or seminaries. There are two hats. The first is Bnos/Bais/Seminar/et al and the second is...oooh, lots of fascinating options and they're not all names.
