Actually, morning has long gone here also... but I am drinking a coffee all the same... with lots of milk and foam... I love foam...

Have the older ones entertain/babysit younger ones at home & take only ones that need to try stuff.

Or send young ones for playdates & go out with older ones

Not a first year teacher, yes preschool.

It was awkward, orientation is supposed to ease kids transition. The kids are supposed to be the shy ones & the teacher welcoming. Here it was the opposite. Moms/kids boisterous & teacher in the corner, with finger in the mouth?!

I hope my dgtr doesn't overpower the teacher & is enough stimulated. I hope this teacher has a handle on the class & not other way around.

Celebrate? First we both konked out....next we need to find a decent backpak in my house, didnt realize that she will need to bring her own, as last year, they didn't need one.

Do you think start of school will be different this year, as kids missed so much school last year?

Yes, google "extra credit" in image search and you will find matching icons.

But I had quite a hard time finding this one and uploading it...
there are many sites where they tell you you can get icons for free, but in the end they always want you to pay or to register or to buy a whole set... I'm not very proficient in ths...
