I fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle really badly. I couldn't walk for a week, and 3 weeks later it's still swollen. I'm black and blue, but thankfully the bruises are finally starting to fade.

Probably the acid in stomach. Comes with hunger or indigestion. Could be reflux or gas as well.

I take an organza bag. I put in a drink, snack, candies. I pull the string, put on a homemade sumchas purim label and call it MM.
