Hi, anyone have recipes to use the cookie butter for pareve recipes? I don’t have the cookies...just spread. Thanks.

Use it as a glaze for pareve cheesecake. Microwave to melt and pour it on. Looks very smooth when it hardens.

I make lotus cake with the spread. Plain sponge cake in a tube pan. Melt the spread in a double boiler, mix with some batter and swirl into the pan just like a marble cake.

Spoon is all you need
Seriously. Best easy dessert with it. Need a graham cracker crust and parve vanilla ice cream. Soften ice cream slightly and mix with the lotus spread. Add to your taste. For the amount of ice cream for a full size Graham crust I usually use a bit more than half a jar. Spread ice cream in crust and freeze. Voila! Lotus ice cream pie!
