Cold cut sandwiches-no pot to wash
Hot dogs/ omelettes don't require much preplanning.
I keep meatballs n spaghetti frozen together for a quick dinner (just remember to take out in the morning).
If you have a local fish store that delivers then fresh fish in the oven, can be on disposable cookie sheet with sweet potatoes n veggies. Cut potatoes super thin so it doesn't need longer time.
If I have ground meat then I find sloppy joes also pretty easy.

Chicken and rice. Put dry rice on the bottom of the pan, add cut vegetables if you feel up to it but no need, place chicken legs on top, add water to cook the rice, soy sauce and spices for taste, bake covered tightly for 40 mins then uncovered for 20 mins and enjoy

Meal Mart frozen stuffed cabbage
Chicken: either sprinkle salt + spices, or cover with duck sauce, and roast.
Serve with French fries or baked frozen vegetables or baked potato.
Weight watcher's butternut squash soup: use frozen butternut squash. This recipe doesn't require sautéing onions. Just dump veggies in, cook, blend.
Imagine soups. (My favorites are mushroom, broccoli and tomato.)
Marinated cutlets: pour Italian dressing over cutlets. Marinate. Bake, broil or grill.
Buy seasoned beef patties.
Salmon: sprinkle with seasoning and bake.
Tuna patties (takes 5 min to prep).
Search between carpools 9x13 dinners.

dump either quinoa, rice, or canned potatoes in pot, put chicken on top, pour favorite sauce and stick it in the oven for 1.5-2 hours.
prepare taco meat ahead (it freezes fine in my opinion) and have make your own taco night.

Can you give an approximate estimate of how much water to how much rice? Approximate measurement of soy sauce? Specific spices?? Thanks!!

Chicken
Place 1 cup long grain white rice, 2 cups water, and 3/4 tsp salt in a 9x13 pan. Season 4 chicken legs top and bottom, under and over skin with onion powder, garlic powder and 1 tsp salt. Sprinkle tops of skin with paprika. Cover and bake in oven preheated to 375 for 1 hour, uncovered for an additional 20 min.
Meat
Wash and slice 5 Yukon gold potatoes and mix in a 9x13 pan with oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and 2 tsp salt. Lay 2 pounds minute steak over potatoes and brush with oil, then season well with onion, garlic and 1 tsp salt. Cover and bake in oven preheated to 325 for 2.5 hours.
Lasagna
In a large mixing bowl combine 2/3 of a 1 lb bag frozen spinach - defrosted and squeezed dry, a 16 oz container cottage cheese cottage, 1 egg, an 8 oz bag shredded cheese, and 1/2 tsp oregano.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce from a 28 oz jar on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Lay down 3 noodles, half of the spinach/cheese mixture, and a layer of marinara sauce. Repeat the same layers. Then add 3 more noodles, last layer of marinara sauce and top with another 8 oz shredded cheese. Pour 3/4 cup water around the sides.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes in oven preheated to 350. Then uncover and bake 30-40 minutes longer, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Baby Chicken
Cut 1.5 lbs. of dark chicken cutlets in half and lay on cookie sheet with 3 large Russet or Idaho potatoes that are scrubbed and cut into wedges. Toss with oil, seasoning and 1 1/2 tsp salt. Bake uncovered in oven preheated to 425 for 35 min.
Lay out a bag of frozen broccoli florets on another cookie sheet and bake at same time as chicken on lower rack.

I do 2.5 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. Soy sauce about 1- 2 tbsp. Spices is usually salt, pepper, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, basil and parsley. But really with spices it can be whatever you want, if you feel fancy you can smear honey and mustard on the chicken too

Easiest supper in my house is chicken soup...
Put frozen chicken bottoms in a pot and cook for as long as you can. Remove the chicken and add any vegetables you want. (Sometimes I wait to cut them after they are cooked as we are sitting down) when vegetables are cooked add matza balls from the mix and a few handfuls of raw lokeshen to cook. Serve boiled chicken separate.
