It was years ago so handrawn not computerized.
in center I did a sefer torah on a adhesive foam circle so it was raised a bit. with another stock/manilla paper was a a row of dancing men little bit circular/ like a half a ring/circle of men. I cut it out & stapled both side ends towards middle but not flat, pulled a little forward so it formed a half of 3D circle.
Or I did a full circle of men meaning double/longer strip, so pulled it through two slits on side so formed full circle around center of flag. Sort of a double sided flag. I hope the instructions are clear.
