I need a recipe for sesame noodles without soy sauce. Is this possible?

I make a sauce with peanut butter or tehina. It calls for 3 tbsp soy sauce but maybe you can leave it out and see how it tastes? http://unwrittenrecipes.com/bl.....idays

Use coconut amino (trader Joe makes a good one) bit Sweeter and not add salty otherwise the same. Or Braggs make a GF soy sauce if that's the issue
