Ever just have one of those fun shabbos
So at first the kids did not want to get dressed an go, but I got dressed and said ok I am going to leave soon so the jumped and got dressed.
As we were walking to shul there were PILES of leaves EVERYWHERE!!
Boys had fun, and even my daughter jumped in a bit..
In shul my boys were a bit, well BOYS. It was not easy but B"H they davened and listened.. My daughter got invited on a playdate, which is fine because shabbos is out early and they can drive her home (we live about 2.5 miles from the shul).
Boys got an afternoon off w/out their sister and had fun..
Motsei shabbos came, and I was a bit worried because last year she was not so great ona playdate. B"H she was really good, and the person was really impressed.
The Rabbi's Daughter-in-law, with the new baby, drove her home. (the daughter-in-law was staying at the house my daughter had a playdate at due to kinnus). So she said to me, "I was so impressed with your daughter, and I would like to invite her for lunch at my place." Something she does not typically do to just kids.. So I am really proud of my daughter She's really matured...
