In general their sales are very good. And their meat prices are amazing! (I know OP isn’t looking for meat). Also they give a 5% discount with the Chazak card. I shop there all year & have found that their prices compare (or even beat) NPGS on a lot of items. (Delivery is also a big plus for me, and their minimum is less than GG or NPGS Jackson).
That being said, I have been doing a lot of shopping recently in Bingo. Their produce & frozen prices are good, they’ve had some great sales (didn’t see the Pesach coupons yet) and their meat and fish prices are also quite low.
I do tend to shop the sales for Pesach but I also don’t do all of the stores in one day. If I had to pick one place this year, I’d probably say Bingo, but I wouldn’t be totally happy in any one place.

GG is very competitive on their sale items. Bingo, to me, is a huge hassle. And I’m not super excited about buying their brand of oil or sugar. And the bagging situation can be very draining on a huge order. BUT you could prob do the best between bingo, GG sale items. Evergreen sale items were very comparable to GG plus you can’t beat their chicken prices. On meat items the tevyas ranch meat at shloimys is very very affordable.

Meat - got at Seasons at their yearly post Purim sale. Typically buy meat and chicken there on sale. Sometimes evergreen has great chicken sales but I don’t eat every types of shechita they carry and many times they are out of the ones I want.

I popped into Bingo for a minute today. Prices on snacks, nosh, and things like jello and pudding mix seemed a bit lower than the advertised prices at Gourmet Glatt, nice hard plastic plates were well priced ($7.99 for a pack of 40 I think), and cottonseed oil was REALLY cheap, like $3.99 for a huge jug of store brand and $5.99 for Glick’s, not including coupon. I didn’t have time to look at much else.
ETA: just looked up Gourmet Glatt's site and I see that they also have cottonseed oil for $5.99 for the same size. I forgot to look at potato starch at Bingo, if anyone finds out how much they're charging, please post!

I don’t think $7.99 for 40 plates is a good price... I just got 100 plates in NPGS for $4.99

Bingo also had hazelnut oil (for those that don't use cottonseed) cheap iirc $13.99 I saw in other places way higher.

Yes, I agree. I only go without kids and with an adult (DH or a sibling of mine) all the packing is exhausting.

I have the same issue in Brooklyn. Too overwhelming, sensory overload, cannot handle the schlepping and they don't have help for that. It's a shame. I like their salmon and also their dairy prices. But not worth my while.

I don't live in your area, but just my two cents...
I don't think things like potato starch or oil, are worth going to specific places for. I'd go to a place that has best priced meat, chicken and fish (for decent quality) since those things really add up. With the little things, it won't make or break it for me and is not worth running around and stressing over (pesach is stressful enough!!)

I hear you. I buy meat, chicken, and fish separately.
The whole point of my post was that I don't want to make myself crazy and go all over. I buy a lot of the other stuff so I wanted one store where I will overall do well......

Based on last year's ads and my shopping from last year, I would go to Gourmet Glatt if I only went to one store. (Then again, Bingo wasn't around and I haven't been there yet.)

I think she meant $7.99 for fancy plates. Not regular plastic.
I saw the coupon book today, the lack of pricing on it is driving me nuts.

Yes, fancy plates. I think it may have been 40 large and 40 small in one package (or else it was 20 of each... I didn't look so closely because I already have paper goods).

OP here. Just an update. I went to gourmet glatt. It felt like I was doing well with basic ingredients.
I did not get eggs or 9 by 13s as they were not on special and I will check npgs when I do my regular shabbos shopping.
Thanks all! You can continue to use this thread to update us on good buys. Heaven knows I will definitely need to refill soon iyh!

I thought eggs were 24.99 a case. How many come in a case? If it’s 30 dozen it’s a good price - and s lot of eggs.
