I don't live in the tri-state area. A couple of my friends said that when they made simchos, they bought cake platters from Lakewood that were very inexpensive.
I have family coming for my Simcha from Flatbush, and one of them called Stern's bakery for me in Brooklyn, and they said that they charge $14 for a platter of about 20 pieces. I was told that in Lakewood it's cheaper in the co-op, but no one seems to know how much cheaper.
So, do any of you imamothers have any idea? Can you perhaps check for me next time you go?
Also, is there any way I can get the platters to Brooklyn? Is there a service of someone who takes packages? I would need lots of them.
Thanks!!
