Who would you recommend - looking for someone who does a really nice job.
We do have United Healthcare Community Plan. Is there anyone good who takes JerseyCare?

Dr. Krug is good and I think Dr. Safer also. Jerseycare would only cover braces if medically necessary ( problems with teeth). For cosmetic they wont cover. Most cases arent covered.

Thank you. Do think that Dr. Safer is as good as Dr. Krug? How do the end results compare? How about Dr. Kornmehl?

Dr Kormehl is supposedly the best (based on what dentist and therapists have told me). I’ve used him until now but he is lots of $$$. I Think it’s like 2k more then others.
I’m trying to think if I should switch.
I’m pretty sure my child I used Dr Kormehl for would have been approved for medical - but he would not bill medical insurance.
I heard dr Krug is the only one who will even try to bill so you can always go for a consultation and see if they will cover it.
Also dr Friedman is new in town - but experienced. I’m looking into that option.
Edited to remove comment about dr Safier prices. He seems similarly priced to others in the area and has a good reputation.

I came here to mention Dr. Friedman. I know many many people in Philly who were very happy with him. No clue what insurance he takes though.
