hmm where do I start?
a few easy mid-week supper ideas
1. Pita pizza- use a weight watcher pita, skim mazzorella, tomatoe sauce and of course any vegie you like. Assemble and toast in toaster oven. this is perfect when I am craving a slice of pizza.
2.Chicken ceasar salad- just grill thin chicken cutlets with some garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil. Then make a big salad with any vegies you like. I love cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm and red onion. cut the chicken into strips and toss with salad. make a low fat ceasar dressing with low fat mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, dijon mustard and splenda.
for a crunch add toasted almonds (croutons are high in points)
3.meatballs made with ground chicken
