I wanna leave my oven on 200 (Fahrenheit) for yt. I just got a new one, coming from a gas oven. This one is electric. Is it safe to leave it on over yt? Expensive? What do you do?

Does it have shabbos mode on it? If yes, follow the instructions to set that. If not you have to figure out a way to bypass the auto switch off at 12 hours. Call the manufacturer.

Op here
It doesn't have shabbos mode. What does "bypassing 12 hrs" mean?

That it shouldn't shut off after 12 hours, which most ovens do automatically

Correct. I believe all electric ovens have a safety feature that they auto-shut off after being on for 12 hours. You would need to read the manual or ask the manufacturer how to bypass it.
The other issue with not having a shabbos mode is that when you open the oven to take stuff out or put stuff in some heat escapes and then the oven needs to re-heat itself to go to the set temperature. So there are people that won't open and close an oven that is on on Yom Tov so as not to restart the heating process. The shabbos mode takes care of this by Heating to set temperature in set intervals regardless of the door opening and closing.
I guess you should ask a Rav about this.

Once you have it set to be on the whole Shabbos, I don't believe it's less safe than having a gas oven on! We usually leave ours at 250. I like slow roasting meat in the morning to be ready for when it's finally lunch time.
