I found noodle kugel gets watery in freezer and can never get the liquid out!

I find chicken tastes bad after defrosting if frozen after cooked,,,only good fresh. Meat loaves freeze beautifully, soups, meat dishes.

I make tons of chicken in advance and freeze and no one can ever tell:
- Pastrami chicken roll-up
- Khishka Chicken Roll-up
- Breaded chicken cutlets - with sesame sauce frozen separately
- Chicken on the bone - I've done spices and onions
- Eggplant Meat Roll-ups
- Meat or Potato Knishes
- Kugels (I've never had a problem with water in my kugel)
- Khishka
- Challah
- Soup
- Dessert

My goal for yom tov is to only have the vegetable dishes and dips and salads to make fresh... everything else I try to have frozen.

I also have no issues with freezing chicken. I routinely freeze the following dishes:

-Roasts (french, delmonico, brisket, corned beef, really any type and preparation that's low and slow)
-Raw stuffed chicken legs (flour based stuffing, cook directly from frozen)
-Stuffed capons (with flour based stuffing, wild rice, or kishke and pastrami)
-Simple spiced chicken on the bone
-Farfel
-cranberry apple kugel
-chicken soup
-challah
-cakes and cookies
-meatballs

I find frozen food needs to be made stovetop for it it reheat well. But I totally get the overwhelm and the need to find things that work in the oven for easier cooking.
