my mother just told me that rich's whipped topping can be used but it's very sweet. so reduce the sugar a little bit.

I found tons of recipes for like fugde or mousse and the like, what would I use for that?

fudhe and mousee and the like you would use the Rich's whip. I'd guess you'd know if the recipe tells you heavy cream , whipped or beaten.
