We had fleishigs and so do some of our friends, being that (at lease some) rabbonim in Lub hold that way. That it's a seudas mitzvah and appropriate to servce fleishigs.

I had fleish at my first sons but I don't remember what was done at my second sons bris. We are Lubavitch and we were told to make it fleishigs. I know that it was a big debate because it is early in the morning and many people go to work later and don't want to eat meat.

I know some ppl will make a platter of fleish on a separate table to be yotze in the mitzvah of making it a seudos mitzvah.

At our twins bris, it was also same day as my first's pidyon haben, so we started off with cake and coffee, then fish and following, meat.

DH likes the bagel and spreads thing (milchigs) for a morning bris, and fleishigs for an afternoon bris, but for our own, couldn't come to terms with not serving meat. Turns out the bris was delayed and done right before shkiya, so the meal was supper and definitely fleishigs!
