Please don't bake them. You can sear them for 1-2 minutes per side and they are delicious. If you want you can smear some teriyaki sauce and then dredge in sesame seeds before searing.

Why? Is he concerned with using oil? Or likes his fish well cooked, not rare? I would imagine if you sear his, but do it medium well, so it doesn't resemble sushi, it will still be much, much better than baked. And if it's the oil that he's trying to avoid, it can be done in a non-stick pan.

Thanks everyone. We seared one and baked the other.
Ended being good but way too fishy tasting, which is a pity because it was a very expensive piece of fish!
I think I'll stick with salmon tilapia flounder and barramundi from now on.

It made me really nauseous too.
It's crazy because it was $60 for 3 pieces of fish!! Could've bought lamb chops

Wow, you paid $40 a pound?? Oy vay! You should totally speak to them (though I never do since I dislike the stress).

I'm not going to speak to them. Doubt they'd do anything.
We should've given that $ to tzedokah.
Oh well.
Better luck next time!

I bought it 2x once from Gourmet Glatt in bP it was fresh had absolutelty no fishy taste. The other time I bought from my local fish store frozen. I took one bite and through it out it had a very fishy taste. I think it just needs to be fresh. Price was the same for both I think I paid under $20 for 2 pieces

This was fresh. It was blue fin tuna, and came highly recommended by the employee.
