This recipe is EASY, FABULOUS and QUICK!

Sesame Salmon:

1 salmon fillet (no bones/skin), cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide per person
Juice of 1-2 lemons
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4- 1/2 c. honey
sesame seeds to sprinkle

wash and dry salmon. Place on baking sheet. Poke salmon with fork to create "holes". Pour lemon over salmon then oj. Drizzle honey over pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cover tray with foil. Bake on 475 for 15-20 min until salmon "flakes".

I have the easiest/yummiest salmon recipe..
you take a jar of Mikee Sesame Teriyake Sauce and Pour it over the Salmon (about 6-8 pieces per jar). Cover and let bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour. If you want to serve it in a fancy way, just put it over a bed of couscous.
This can be eaten hot, warm, or cold.
Enjoy!!!

I do this too for fast, delicious salmon!!
its sooo good when cold!!

I also make a good pink marinated salmon, its delicious, ill get the recipe later..
and, I do a marinated slamon,, a bit like choc mooses.. its really good..

Pink and Beauty - I do the same. Its so yummy! This week I also sauteed some onions and homegrown eggplants in olive oil and added mikee sauce to it afterwards. Heavenly... I'm "tasting" so much I'm not sure there will be much left for Shabbos.

this week I made the pink marinated salmon I wrote about.

cook fish in water and salt for 35 minutes

mix together

3/4 mayo
3/4 ketchup
3/4 water
less than 3/4 vinegar
3/4 sugar

slice onions and place on bottom of pan
put cooked fish on top
pour sauce over it
place a few bay leaves on top
marinate in fridge
better to make ahead of time
its delish!!

enjoy!!!

depends on how much fish you're making. If you're making one fillet that's a lot!
