I have a yummy recipe for vanilla ice cream with a rice krispy coconut crunch topping. Is this what you had in mind?

Thanks, but nope- I was looking for a recipe with the krispies inside. Also, my family doesn't really like coconut...

Vanilla ice cream:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 rich's whip
Crunch topping:
1 stick margarine
2 1/2 cups rice krispies
1 1/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, uncovered. Keep mixing. Bake until it's a drop toasted, but still soft.
(This makes a lot. You may want to either 1/2 the recipe or freeze the extra for another time.)
There's also an optional strawberry sherbet layer. It makes the recipe more time consuming, but I really recommend it, cuz it's delicious
Strawberry Layer:
1 bag frozen strawberries
less than 1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
Blend in food processor. Freeze in processor. Thaw a bit and blend again.
(I make this in a round pan: strawberry layer, then vanilla ice cream, and then topping)
