There were so many bad things about Trump's performance.
He thought Russia only recently acquired nukes.

He disagreed with his own running mate.

He didn't understand America's tax structure despite claiming to know the tax code better than any presidential candidate.

He talked in generalities about the ACA without understanding he was espousing policy ideas that conservative economists have said will not work (sale of insurance across state lines and removal of a purchase mandate while mandating sale).

His answers were rambling and often not related to the question. He used the questions as an opportunity to repeat his talking points rather than to answer the questions.

The best that can be said is that he did not melt down, which was something people thought would happen. He was more self controlled than he was in the first debate.

That is the craziest thing I've heard yet.

1.) I am Canadian(and boy did he get healthcare wrong tonight)
2.) Canada is a different country.
3.) I neither get a vote nor food stamps
4.) trump is a train wreck.
5.) oh- and we feel really sorry for you Americans up here in Canada. And glad that we don't have to vote. You guys are in trouble either way.
6.) it's not that easy to immigrate to Canada.

Very Happy Very Happy

I just wanted to make sure you know what literally means?
Because literally being on fire would actually be like self immolation or burning witches or god forbid burning in a house fire.

Hillary is hostile to Israel and has enmity toward Jews. She has disdain for small business owners. She was the enforcer for her predator husband (who actually did the deeds, not just with words). She is corrupt and beholden to her Arab nation donors. She will raise everyone's taxes (she's lying like the Bamster about the over $250K crowd). She will double down on Obamster care. Nuff said...Trump!!!

You do realize that your post has nothing to do with this topic, which specifically regards the performance of the two candidates at the debate, right? There are many other threads discussing the pros and cons of either- some that are still in the Hot Topics list. Respectfully, if you haven't bothered watching the debate, please don't derail the thread for those of us who want to discuss it, and post your more general opinions on applicable threads. Thanks!

What a well thought out comeback.
You must be proud of your debating skills.

Or was your intent to show that Trump supporters are illiterate?
For some reason, out of all the inane comments, this one really annoys me. Much more than actually misusing "literally".

Lol.

Good inference, Freud.

You do realize that many Yidden are not on food stamps, whether because they don't qualify either way or on principle?

I actually watched this debate from a different country. Not on food stamps, never was. And yes, I am worried, about the fact that he may plunge the world into chaos with his temperament of a two year old. As someone very wise once said, Someone who gets into a frenzy over a tweet and starts firing back tweets at 3 in the morning, should not be anywhere near the nuclear codes.

Huh?????????? I don't get food stamps nor any other program. But! Trump! In my eyes does not represent leadership. He's like an animal let loose. I'm very worried if he wins.... what's really his agenda, who is he really?!?!
Clinton is also not trustable. I'm not voting this time.

I'm not on food stamps and I don't live in the US but I would be very concerned about the state of the world if Trump wins. He's a bumbling idiot, and even if he is not actually evil, he is not a nice guy. He is also an isolationist, which basically leaves Putin and China in charge. (Europe has its own issues right now) This whole world situation right now reminds me of the events leading up to the last 2 major world wars.

In any case its actually my impression that in general, people who are on a higher socioeconomic level and more highly educated support Hillary. Even people who might normally vote republican.

side question- I was always taught, vote for micky mouse but just vote. If you don't vote you are saying they don't have to care about your vote next time. If you don't like either candidate vote for someone else. Do you disagree?

Yups, he definitely was substantial - with substantial bluster, blabber, hyperbole and a substantial lack of question comprehension as he went off on tens of completely unrelated topics that had nothing to do with the questions asked.
