I want as many versions of dafina as I can get!! I know there are not exact measurements, but the basics would be apreciates. For example, what goes in first, what companies are better to buy the rice bags from etc... cuts of meat. I am so ashkanzi, but ADORE sephardic food.

its a sfardic variation of the cholent.
If anyone has a good recipe I'd like to try new ones as well
