I have one I got it from a friend.
1/8 cup of Lemon Juice
1/8 cup of Olive Oil/Or regular oil (grape seed, canola, veggie etc..)
4-6 Cloves of Garlic (crushed) (I buy those frozen cubes from Gefen thats already crushed)
1-3 tbsp of Tahini
1/8 tsp of Cumin (ground)
1/8 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (red pepper flakes work too) use less if you don't like a bite to it
Salt and Pepper
Mix lemon juice with garlic and spices, mix well. Add oil and mix again. Then add the Tahini and mix again. It took me a few times before I mastered the mixture. I like about 2 tbsp of Tahini. I make this salad dressing every time I serve a green salad!!

Mine is more oriental
2tbsp tehini (unseasoned)
2tbsp lukewarm water
1tbsp orange juice
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp honey or sweetener
Thin tehini by gradually adding lukewarm water. Add all remaining ingredients.
The original recipe had crushed garlic but I like without.
It goes really nicely with avocado, green beans or just plain green salad.

mine is much simpler - tahini + lemon juice + salt + water
garlic, olive oil, and za'atar are optional.

I do the same as grin, but use only whole seed tehina, not the "white" stuff. I like to taste the tehina, not all the spices. Lemon juice and salt serve to enhance the flavor, not mask it. Yum.

I just followed the Tahini dressing recipe below and thought it was a bit too thin (even without the water). I used Whole Tahini. Any ideas of how to thicken it a bit?

Btw, how is Whole Tahini so salty tasting with no sodium?
