What type of sneakers do the girls wear in camp? Dd has had canvas in the past but I can't imagine them staying even semi clean after a day in the grass and mud. Do they wear them anyway or is there another type of shoe that would be good for the outdoors. Any links or store names would be helpful. Tia.

Why don't you just buy them whatever reasonably-priced sports shoes they like? No, they probably won't stay sparkly clean -- but who cares? It's CAMP.
