Shulem told Izzy Kaufman that he has six children. I seem to remember him saying that also at some point in season 1. But we've only met 4 of them- Tzvi Aryeh, Gitty, the Chabad daughter in Tzefat, and Akiva. Who are the other two?
When Nochum asked Shulem to borrow money, he also said he has 6 mortgages in his name - I guess his own plus 5 married kids.

I just binge watched season 1. I dont understand what deal gitty made with rebbitzin erblich. could someone clarify. I feel like im also missing out on a lot of info, since each episode starts with snippets of previous episodes, and I dont recall ever seeing them. are episodes only less than 15 minutes each?

Episodes are about 40 minutes without commercials.
You might just be watching snippets and thus no seeing what it says happened in the previous episode.
