I enjoy quilting. It's relaxing and rhythmic, and you end up with something beautiful. If you piece and quilt by hand, you don't need much in the way of special equipment. If you want to give quilting a try, start with a small project like a table runner or wall hanging.
If there isn't a quilting group or store near you, there are quilt kits available online with fabric included (often already cut) and detailed instructions. And you can find numerous instructional videos online.

Personally I love knitting and crocheting.
Knitting I've known for a long time, crocheting I taught myself from youtube videos.

I love doing practical crafts, sewing accents onto outfits to tie them together, making hair bows or headbands to match outfits. Would you consider staring an etsy shop?

I would recommend needle point..you can make teffilin bags, challah covers, or just general decor. Some are more complicated than others, so you can choose how intense you want to get.

Adult coloring books. Google, or hit your local Barnes and Noble, it's literally the first display when you come into the store. Very calming, nice to wind down with.
