Who is putting together the Iced Coffee tour of Israel? I can't wait until the next time I get to visit. Thank you all for a fun post!
New in America - Iced Coffee pitchers to brew your own from ground coffee. This is the one I use:

That's genius. I have an ice tea maker which is fabulous. Sounds stupid but this makes the proportions exactly right. You load the ice in a pitcher, the right amount of water and whatever tea you want and the presto. Perfect ice tea in a pitcher

I've always had a great experience there with customer service/attitude. I also haven't been there in a while, though. Maybe the staff has changed?

I personally don't like zisalek. Way too artificial tasting and sweet.

I went to Greens today and the ice coffee was good but it didnt taste so Israeli. It tasted more like an American Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf ice blended. I may get bashed on the head but I like katzefet better!

Most gas stations and some supermarkets sell ice.

lol... I guess that's why I love it so much! You can actually taste REAL coffee in it, it's not a powder mix.

I was in Yerushalayim today for the first time in nearly a year. happened to be by Rav Shefa so I went in for an ice coffee. didn't know Katzefet is froyo (right? that's what it used to be called when it was on ben yehuda) ice coffee was good. better than the ones that taste burnt. still doesn't compete with greens though.
