Traveling with kids, day or night?
Iiiinteresting.....when I travel with my kids I have them day and night. I guess if I had to pick one I'd pick day so we could actually spend time together.

Trolls aren't terribly skilled at bookbinding or anything else, I'd go with a dwarf. An elf might do better work, but might not understand that you wanted it back within a mortal lifetime.

Inserting iud in israel ASAP
Well the latest population figure I saw was 8,345,000, let's say 8 million, about half are women, and for purposes of estimation let's assume half are of childbearing age, and each appointment is going to be an hour (just a guess). Well that's a lot of appointments. But if we really need to do it ASAP let's assume that any MD can do an insertion, not just a gynecologist (also I don't know how many gynecologists there are, but the number of doctors in Israel per thousand people varies between 3 and 4, let's use use lower figure because some probably only do research or administration).
So that's 3/4 of a doctor to every 1000 woman who will need an IUD or one doctor to 750. Let's assume there's enough support staff. So if they work 8 hours a day, five days a week, it's going to take 19 weeks. Even if we really increase efficiency and a doctor can do several insertions in an hour, it's not going to happen ASAP, sorry.
