can someone help me write the announcement to hang in shul and give to neighbours for shalom zochor and bris.
in Brooklyn if that makes a difference.
I'm thinking about the one that has: with shebach ve odaa to Hashem, etc. in english or hebrew is fine.
TIA

SHALOM ZACHOR: The Shalom Zachor will be in our home on Friday night after 9:30 pm.

I would start with the Shalom Zachor.
In Hebrew, following the Shalom Zachor announcement we put
ubezras Hashem Yisborach achniso lebriso shel Avrohom Avinu
etc...date, time & place...

Insert address
ובעזד''ית
נכניס אותו לבריתו של אברהם אבינו
(It might be more proper to say I as opposed to We as I believe the father has the chiyuv of making the bris, depends on your degree of feminism, I guess)
ביום ?? לפרשת מטות-מסעי
בשעה ?? בבקר
Insert address for Bris
Names of parents
It is customary to list grandparents too if they will be at the Sholom Zochor. Friends of theirs like to know this, since they may come to say Mazel Tov to the Zaydeh, but if he's not there they may not come. Us elderly friends of grandparents can't always get out, you know.

don't know if its still neccessary, but you can go to http://tzetelmaker.com/templat.....cher/
they have templates and wordings for different occassions (wordings are in LH"K, but most of the site is in yiddish)
