Just bought a bag of mulch from Home Depot last night, and put it out early this morning. Half the bag came out white! Yes, I know it's been raining on their lot too, but they can't cover stock with a tarp?
Is there anything wrong - besides cosmetic - with moldy white mulch?

Mulch grows mycelium. Once it hits the sunlight it will be gone. After mulch is down on the ground through a wet season you can find the mycelium below the surface. It never goes away, it just moves to where the conditions are suitable for growth.
