ONLY NON-GEBROKTS HITS and MISSES, which is more challenging than finding really good Gebrokts recipes

Hits:

Meat Cigars (I think I posted the recipe from a magazine a few years ago),
Egg Rolls from one of the magazines a few years ago (it's blintzes tied into a sack shape with a scallion (that took effort),
Pizza Squares bought at KRM,
Oberlanders "Cocoash",
the no separating cake recipe below was amazing. I used a food processor on high speed and eggs got really thick after 15 minutes.

Beat eggs and sugar on high speed for 15 min. add potato starch beat on the lowest speed til mixed in.

pour 3/4 of batter into 9x13 greased pan

Melt chocolate and add to remaining 1/4 batter.

Spoon chocolate batter over batter in pan and swirl with a knife

Bake 50-55 min.

Misses:

Anything I made with Ground Walnuts that I purchased in bags in a BP Supermarket. Whatever I used ground walnuts for, had an aftertaste.

Is pizza squares a freezer item?

Yes. This adult and the kids liked it.

what is cocoash?

Its actually spelled "Kokosh" on the package, and is a Hungarian dough cake that gets rolled with cocoa and sugar and oil, etc.

The Oberlander Pesach version has a crumb topping which the regular one doesnt, and Oberlanders more resembles the Reisman's French Coffee Cake, tastewise (I think thats what its called) and isnt rolled but its a similar looking and tasting item that most of my family really liked, even though its different than the Greens "Cocoash" thats sold throughout the year. Not sure how Greens spells it. It looks like Greens Cocoash, tastes like Reisman's French Coffee Cake and doubles were sought.

I use the baking soda. (I don't like using baking powder made of potato starch)

This. Ground walnuts taste bitter in baked goods. Different than just a few chopped walnuts sprinkled in that tastes good.

No fry Eggplant Parm with Pesach crumbs (not gebrochs)
I used my chametz recipe and subbed the pesach crumbs, I got the idea from one of the magazines

ramom's frozen no bake cheesecake (I subbed the sour cream with Greek Yogurt). I used the pesach crumbs with sugar and butter for the crust (the recipe was on the box). It was very good.
