I have carp... a lot of it. (perhaps even too much ) I went to the fish store and ordered they gave me the whole fish, then just chopped in pieces. They even asked me to pick it out, when it was still alive. I've even got the insides, the heads, the eggs, and some ground, just like in the olden days.
Sorry if TMI!!! I want to make some boiled, some baked. Anyone with good traditional type recipes?
p.s. for pesach we only eat peeled vege's no gebrochts, and spices are limited to fresh, or salt & maybe pepper
