My family first from two weeks ago got thrown out. I wanted the salmaon recipe from it. Does anyone still have it? I dont think its a long recipe to write over. It was a marinated salamon and one of the ingredients in it was ketchup.

You're in luck, I found it!
12 1 1/4" salmon filets
Marinade:
1 red onion sliced thinly in rings
2 cloves garlic sliced in half
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
10 oz ketchup-a little less than 1 1/4 cup
1 small handful pickling spice
Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Drop fillets in and cook for 12 minutes. Turn off flame but do not remove from pot.
Slice onion and garlic into roaster pan. Mix the remaining marinade ingredients together and pour over onion and garlic. Carefully remove fish from water and lay on marinade. Spoon some marinade over each fillet. Cover with foil and refrigerate.
Note: the flavor intensifies as it sits-recommend preparing 3 days in advance.
Enjoy!
