my husband is making today couscous for shabos and I would love to make for dessert some kind of pastry with honey. Does anyone have a good recipe?

You can make zlabias (they are not specifically Tunisian). I don't have an exact recipe to give you as I never really follow recipes, but I'm sure you can find several online. They are easy to make and really yummy.
