WADR to OP, and I do try to be respectful, I am saddened and dismayed. And distressed. That this thread is still up, has not been locked or removed. In this time of strife, internal and external,, we must not be calling names and heaping calumny on each other. We need a kinder, gentler discourse.

And honestly, I'm sure dumbbells put on their pants 2 legs at a time, just like the rest of us. Why do they need specialized exercises, anyway?
