I don't know where u live but if in Brooklyn the heaven mills bakery sells to the public. I buy fresh challah from them and it is such a difference then when u buy it frozen. Also their other cakes are pretty good fresh too.

yeah we like heaven mills kokosh cake and we stock up when we are in ny - I'm from oot
but their challah has oats and its off limits for us.
since this will be our first pesach we will allow our dd to eat oat matza as we have no choice she gotta have something (and its not like she had any bad side effects from gluten and the oats should be gf)
what does the oat matza taste like?

I finally got around to buying teff flour (I had to wait until the health store got it in) its DELICIOUS!!!I can't believe it...as most gf yeast doughs are not so great - this is totally yum!!!!thanks a ton!!
care to share any other fabulous recipe?!
