I live in an apartment complex with many buildings. Each building has its own laundry room with a number of machines. For the past few weeks in a row, every time I go down to do laundry I have to wait on line. The waiting doesn't bother me at all but what does bother me is that each time, it is someone who lives in another building (same people each week)! Can I say something or should I just keep my mouth shut and deal with the wait as I would if it was someone from my building?

Why not politely ask if the machines in the other building are broken, maybe they will get the hint.

Maybe theirs are busy. Ask your landlord or super if that is allowed, for them to use your machines.
