Which one is better for nursing 2 at a time? EZ2Nurse OR MyBreastFriend pillow?

Mybreastfriend was fine when they were tiny, then I began adding pillows underneath on each side to extend the size. Honestly, after a while, I just would balance my twins on each other: one cradle hold, the other football hold resting on the cradle holds stomach. Nursed that way till 18 months when they weaned. If you are going to invest, it may be worth it to just get one designed specifically for multiples, the breastfriend won't be effective very long.

I used the twins plus my brest friend one and it worked well for me..I would love to give it away so someone else can enjoy it. If interested u can pm me.

Definitely the Brest Friend! I had the EZ Nurse also and it was awful.

I used my breast friend pillow and used it EVERY SINGLE TIME I nursed my twins at the same time. I didn't leave home without it!
